Choosing the right Realtor® DOES make a difference!

William “Billy” Snipes built and developed over 200 residential and commercial properties. He continues to have strong ties with our military community. Billy joins us with a wealth of experience in the housing industry as the owner of William Snipes Construction where he built and developed over 200 residential and community properties.

Billy serves as a member of the Lancaster County Fire Commission Board of Appeals and the City of Lancaster International Building Code Board of Adjustment and Appeals. Having previously served as the President of the Lancaster County Home Builders Association and SC Board for Home Builders Association of SC equips him with additional education for our clients providing expert insight and experience.

During his spare time, Billy can be found volunteering for his church home or coaching baseball and basketball.

Billy and his wife Sharon have been married for 31 years and have two lovely children.
