William “Billy” Snipes served in the Navy and remains deeply connected to the military community. Billy brings us a wealth of experience in the housing industry as the owner of William Snipes Construction where he has built and developed over 200 residential and community properties.

During his spare time, Billy can be found volunteering for his church or coaching baseball and basketball. He is a Board Member of the Lancaster Breakfast Rotary Club and Katawba Valley Land Trust, as well as a Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.

Additionally, Billy serves as a member of the Lancaster County Fire Commission Board of Appeals and the City of Lancaster International Building Code Board of Adjustment and Appeals. Having previously served as the President of the Lancaster County Home Builders Association and on the Board for Home Builders Association of SC equips him with additional education for our clients providing expert insight and experience.

Billy married the love of his life, Sharon, in 1987 and together they have two children and three grandchildren.
